Ellie is our founder, boss lady and host.

You’ll mostly find her in our studio or in another gym.

Ellie has hosted events for many years now, previously to having her gym she use to work within the drinks trade.

Now she combining all her knowledge and love for helping others to build our retreat business.

Our retreats aren’t like others, they allow you to relax, experience new and exciting things, work on your mindset and mental wellbeing along side finding that balance.

Everyone of our guests have taken something different away from our trips and implemented it to their daily lives at home.

Friendships have been formed and amazing memories have been made.
