Came home and celebrated with a breakfast Brunch . ( on plan still 😍).
Also to those in group this morning I tried on my Red dress when I got home and I was so surprised 😮 it fit me 🥰😃x

Wow! I'm soooo proud of this lovely lady. These are her thoughts on her weight loss journey and our fabulous group at Greenwich Park on Thursday mornings.

So 7 weeks ago I did a thing !!!
I brought a dress for a wedding but it was a little bit snug 😬🤦‍♀️
Woke up on the Thursday morning of that week and thought look for a slimming world close by , turns out there was a group which started in 15 mins 😂 so I jumped out of bed and off I went didn’t even mention it to Chris just went !!!
Anyone that really knows me knows I’m not really a mixer or a people person so this was massive .
I was really surprised at how easy I felt and how welcoming they all was I even stayed for the group 😳 thanks to my new slimming buddy Lisa
I set my self a little goal of wanting to loose a stone by this week ( today ) to fit in the said dress 👗🙈
Well fast forward to today , I managed not only to hit my 1 stone target but I hit an even bigger target !!!
I’ve only gone and lost not just a stone but an extra half a stone 🎉👍 so 1 and half stone gone !! 🤭( my journey isn’t over yet though)
But not only did I get the 1 1/2 stone award I got slimmer of the month , club 10 and slimmer of the week (so I’ve been told 🤷‍♀️)

I can’t thank all the people that have encouraged and supported me every step of the way I’m beyond grateful for you all and couldn’t have done it without you ❤️

I now fit in the dress 👗🎊🎉 ❤️ let’s hope it looks ok tomorrow 😆🤞

And to April’s Fabulous Slimmers thank you so much for being so supportive I may take a back seat ,don’t comment ,post or stay for group but I do watch and promise to try and stay to group more 😁 you’ve all helped me massively so thank you ❤️

Meet Sam! This gorgeous lady joined my Eastwood Wednesday evening group at Greasley Welfare to lose weight after having her baby daughter. What a fabulous transformation! 5 stones gone for good! Sam embraced everything about Slimming World. From the healthy eating plan, body magic and support each week from me and her friends and fellow slimmers in the group. Sam is pictured here at her husbands recent 40th Birthday party looking and feeling a million dollars! We are extremely proud of you Sam! ###
