Dry January approved White “Wine” 🥂

Easiest recipe EVER 👇🏻
1. Chop half a pear into slim fingers
2. Post fingers into glass bottle (fermentation safe, use plastic caps for max fizziness - comment any questions)
3. Add fresh elderflower kombucha (or plain kombucha base with a few dried elderflowers, we have a delicious elderflower kombucha brew bag if you need help with this)
4. Leave for 3-5 days at room temp for a light fizz
