Are you ready to begin your yoga journey in a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering?⠀

This 5-week course is your invitation to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm — even if you’ve never stepped on a yoga mat before. Whether you’re completely new or returning to practice after a break, this is the perfect place to start.⠀

🌿 What to Expect⠀
Each week, we’ll gently build your confidence and knowledge by exploring:⠀
✨ Foundational postures with a focus on safe alignment⠀
✨ Soothing breathwork practices to calm the nervous system⠀
✨ Simple tools for strength, flexibility, and body awareness⠀
✨ A welcoming space where questions are encouraged and no one is left behind⠀

This isn’t just a yoga class — it’s a journey inward, designed to help you feel more grounded, open, and connected to yourself.⠀
