Today is a poignant moment to share how honoured I am to be supporting the charity TyFo and working alongside Tyler’s beautiful Mama Charleen to raise awareness and funds for young people to have a space to go when they feel a lost and toolkit to regulate their emotions when overwhelmed with life.

Together we are running a wellbeing event open to all including teens and tweens to teach breathwork techniques to help elevate mood, reformer Pilates for wellbeing and a natural skincare workshop to reduce chemicals going into our bloodstream.

Saturday 19th July - Dorking 11am or 2pm £7 per person

All profits will be donated to the TyFo Charity.

I will be at the Great British Kundalini Festival from tomorrow until Sunday to come together in Sangat to learn, grow, shift and evolve 🧘🏼‍♀️
