Hyrox LDN race recap 🙌🏻 🏁

Race 1. Hyrox Doubles with the machine who I chased down (& cursed) right until the bitter end… but what an absolute dream team we were!! 1:04 & 8th/820 in our age category 🙌🏻 Given it was a fairly last minute opportunity to step in & race, having never trained together before, I am SO chuffed 🤯🥹 I honestly didn’t know what we were capable of. Turns out, winging it is sometimes a great idea. 🥳

followed by Race 2. Relays with the ladies! 🩵 So proud of our team, we dug deep, we gave it our all & we crossed that line together & it was so much fun! (& somewhat chaotic! 🤪). Loved racing with you girls!!

Thanks to the best .fit coaches & community for being the biggest cheerleaders in the arena, & particularly for being the no.1 supporter/photographer/videographer there is! 📣 (we WILL get our race!!)

I can’t say I’m addicted to the sport but I won’t yet say never again … 👀

Royal Parks Half 🍁🏃‍♀️🏅

I think that might just be my favourite race to date, I absolutely LOVED every minute of that!! Felt comfy, felt strong, paced perfectly. Dare I say I probably had a little more to give … 👀 but my A goal was just to enjoy it, B goal was to go sub 1.40…

When community & fitness come together for a morning of movement & good vibes! 😎

capturing the action at our Summer Fitness Retreat a few weeks ago & what a fab morning we had! Outdoor Circuits, Strength training, Pilates & some beautiful countryside miles covered… it was all sunshine & (sweaty) smiles! 🏃‍♀️💪🏻🌞🌿🧘🏼‍♀️

Thanks to for providing our good energy shots to kickstart the day 💥 and thanks to everyone who came and joined us for an awesome morning of fitness!

Team Arlette, 3 Creeks Race ⛵️🏃‍♀️⛰️

Dartmouth, Kingswear, Yealm. 21 miles & around 1000m of elevation across 3 coastal cliff runs + 2 sailing legs = weekend adventures of epic proportions!! 🙌🏻

I had SO much fun this weekend. I didn’t quite know what I’d signed myself up for, given I can’t sail and I only ever run on flat roads. Those run routes were absolutely brutal, especially in the gale force wind & rain, but wow, I LOVED every minute of it. The feeling of being on those trails was so exhilarating!! Incredible. I kept myself well out the way for the sailing, and enjoyed the wet & wild ride! 💦 SO FUN!

Dartmouth and Kingswear had a special place in my heart already but now I think I love that place a little bit more. Thank you for roping me in!! Team Arlette smashed it 👊🏼💛

Ps. Scroll along to see the best video you’ll ever see of Lucy pumping up the tender on a trampoline at sea, ready for our sail to run transition. I could have helped but it was far more entertaining to watch 🤣🤣🤣
