Another busy week ahead at Kick Mental Health and we’d love to see as many of you along as possible. 🧠❤️

Here’s what’s happening this week ⤵️

Monday – Xcite Craigswood, Livingston
• Women’s Football – 6PM (Free)
• Walking Football – 6PM (Free)
• Community Football – 7PM (Free)

Tuesday – Xcite Craigswood, Livingston
• Community Football – 9PM (£5)

Wednesday – Xcite Craigswood, Livingston
• Men’s Team Training – 7PM

Wednesday – Burn Road, Carluke
• Community Football – 8:30PM (£5)

Thursday – Microsoft Teams
• Weekly Wellbeing Check-In – 8PM (Free)

Thursday – Community Run Club
• Venue & time TBC

Friday – Blackburn Community Stadium
• Community Football – 6PM (Free)

All sessions are open to ages 16+.
Anyone aged 15 can attend with parental permission.

💬 Donations are welcome at all free sessions to help us continue delivering these activities.

CG league tournaments pretty much becoming our second home!

We are currently looking to gauge interest in bringing a 5aSide league to Livingston.

We would look to set up a 6 team league and stagger the games over a 3 hour period on a Thursday evening.

We are open to having both a mixed and women’s league!

Games would be refereed and possibly recorded.

Interested teams could comment below or message us directly, we are looking towards a May start up.

Last session of the week ticked off in awful conditions ☑️🌨️

Good vibes and battered by a hail storm but the team braved the elements and got it done as always.

Fridays are always a great end to the week and the fact we get to used the great facilities at Blackburn United Community S.C. is always very appreciated.

Last community session of the week tonight in Blackburn.

6pm to 7pm.
Blackburn Community Stadium.
Ages 16 and above.
All skill and fitness levels welcome.

Session is in partnership with Blackburn United Community S.C.

Below is some information all session participants must follow ⤵️

- No trainers or metal studded football boots can be worn on the surface.

- Participants travelling to session on bikes please secure them or leave at entrance.

- Can all participants please help put goals away after session is finished.

- Please use bins at dugouts or take empty bottles home with you.

Our partners Livingston FC Community Club are starting teams for kids born in the 2020 / 2021 age groups.

📅 Training kicks off in May with 2 training sessions per week!
🎯 With a view to entering Fun 4s next March

Currently looking for both players and volunteer coaches to get involved.

If you’d like your little one to be part of a team, now is the perfect time to register your interest as only 10 spaces are available!
