Today’s 3 top self care tips to take into the weekend,

1) Take time for you, have half an hour without any distractions, turn off your phone & quiet your mind, have a warm bath with some calming oils and just reconnect with yourself

2) Listen to podcasts, something that lifts you up, maybe a comedy or something inspiring, this really helps if you struggle with the noise in your head, it helps you to concentrate on something other than your thoughts, I do this while I cook or wash the pots.

3) Put on a face mask, get in your comfiest pjs, have a glass of your favourite drink & write down 3 things you are grateful for, this will help to ground you & remind you of the good things ✨
