This is a topic that we find alot of patients have enquiries about, North Staffordshire Wellbeing College offer this workshop.

We are also looking at collaborating with the College with a view to offering additional support to our patients.

✨ Ever feel like the world was made for everyone else but you?

If you’re an autistic adult, got your diagnosis late, or just wondering if autism is part of your story - this FREE workshop is for you.

Living Well with Autism (as adults)
📅 Tuesday 16th September
🕛 12pm - 2pm
📍 Middleport Medical Practice (Community room)

This workshop is a safe and supportive space, facilitated by people with lived experience of autism, and professionals. During this session we'll look into:

🌱The real stories of people living well with autism
🛠 Practical tips for everyday life
🧠Executive functioning, sensory processing, burnout, and more!

Whether you’re autistic, supporting someone who is, or just trying to understand autism better - this is the session for you.

A member of staff attended the connections for connectors meeting delivered by VAST at the Dudson Centre, heard about a few organisations including Impact Community gym CIC and Changes Health & Wellbeing and got to connect with other organisations who can offer support to our patients.
