Last week, (in the absence of the lead) we led on the Diabetes Support Group called 'Beyond Blood Sugar' hosted at Affordable Foods Stoke. We discussed the 'Desmond' prog, talked about an online diabetes support that might be happening and shared ideas on living well with diabetes.
