✨ NEW 5PM CLASS IN WHIXLEY - STARTS MONDAY 6th JANUARY ✨

Thank you for your continued support - it’s truly heartwarming to see our community in Whixley and Tockwith flourish ✨

Exciting news! Due to the growing popularity of the evening yoga class at Whixley Village Hall, I’ll be trialing an additional session at 5:00 PM. This new class aims to create more space in the 6:30 PM session and welcome more participants from the village.

Starting Monday, January 6th, the schedule will be:

Monday evenings @ Whixley Village Hall

5:00 PM - Vinyasa Flow
6:30 PM - Vinyasa Flow

Tuesday evenings @ Tockwith Village Hall

6:00 PM - Vinyasa Flow
7:30 PM - Vinyasa Flow

Hello Yogis ✨

I’m excited to invite you to my upcoming workshop on Sunday, December 29th, at 6 PM, at Tockwith Village Hall!

This 90-minute Vinyasa practice is designed to connect breath with movement as we reflect on the past year and set meaningful intentions for 2025. The extended session will include an invigorating flow, a calming guided meditation, and restorative poses to leave you feeling refreshed and inspired.

This workshop is open to all, including beginners – everyone is welcome!
