Looking for your thoughts and suggestions, please?
I am considering starting a health and weight loss group in the North East Lincolnshire area and/or an online group with weekly meetings.
Unlike many of the established ‘diet clubs’, you will not receive a specific diet to follow, nor will your weight changes be shared with others. This group aims to provide tools that enable you to plan and implement changes needed to achieve your goals, emphasising the importance of adopting a positive mindset to motivate these changes.
We will examine various factors influencing success, such as overeating reasons, brain influences on decisions, long-term inefficacy of diets, tendencies to sabotage successes, lifestyle and social pressures, and more.
The primary objective is for participants to feel good about themselves and enjoy the programme in an informal and supportive environment.
Pricing – would need to be around £5 per week.
Would anyone be interested in this, and if so, would you prefer:
• An online group meeting once a week or a weekly in-person session (if preferring in-person sessions, please indicate the area/days/times that suit you).
• Are you ready to make changes and commit to the process?
