The most important thing to remember is to keep yourself alkalised. The more acid-forming foods you consume, the more acidic you become. Consequently, your success in healing and regeneration will be very low, causing you to keep searching, reading book after book, going to doctor after doctor, and spending lots of your money…

Wise words shared from “Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management” written by Bernard Jensen!

The good news is that focusing on supporting this channel of elimination can provide significant improvements in your digestive system and overall health.

Some simple steps to consider:

Remove processed ‘food-like’ products from your life (they are dis-ease forming)

Eat plenty of organic wholefoods (these are REAL FOOD and health giving)

Practice deep breathing before meals and be present (no phones/e-mails)

Chew your food for longer! (Digestion starts in the mouth)

Walk for 10 minutes after eating your meals (supports digestion and helps control blood sugar levels)

Drink several glasses of spring/filtered water throughout the day (preferably 30mins before or after meals to avoid diluting digestive enzymes)

Very little research exists on healing and what has been done is too narrow in scope. A serious field for investigation!

The first comprehensive search of the medical literature for case reports on ‘spontaneous remission’ was published in 1993 as a thick, annotated bibliography, containing hundreds of references. 74% of them concern cancer and with the help of the internet I see more cases daily of those who have healed themselves (and in some cases, healed their children, who were sent home to die).

Small changes over time can make a big difference!

Any of these is a great place to start..

- Make break-fast a fruit meal
- Snack on berries
- Drink the juice of a whole lemon each morning
- Stretch and flow upon waking
- Practice deep breath work
- Connect with nature
- Spend time outdoors
- Fill your bedroom with plants
- Exercise to feel good
- Turn your phone off more often
- Take an Epsom salt bath
- Read and expand your knowledge
- Speak your truth and open the throat/thyroid area energetically
- Spend less and save more to alleviate financial worries (back pain)
- Choose an inspiring podcast to listen to
- Plan in a little trip regularly to have something to look forward to
- Identify stress/triggers and come up with a 6 month plan to reduce/remove these
- Think of three things that you are grateful for each night before you sleep

There is far more to healing than just the physical detoxification!
