I am often asked what I do and it’s not so easy to explain in a few words. Yes, I work with women supporting them through perimenopause and beyond, but what I do is a lot more than just tweaking what you might be eating.

Did you know the idea of Blue Monday was invented by a travel agency trying to sell more holidays (who knew?!). The Samaritans, however, had a brilliant idea—they’ve turned it into Brew Monday to encourage us all to take time for a cuppa and a chat.

🚫 New Year Resolutions? Not for me!

I used to think I had to have it all figured out – life, work, everything. But here’s the thing: life is full of bumps in the road. Those bumps will come, no matter how much we try to plan or prepare.

Sometimes, the best thing we can do is just hang on in there (like me this morning!) and keep doing our best. Forget the pressure of setting unachievable goals or trying to reinvent yourself overnight. Instead, focus on what really matters: taking care of yourself, nourishing your body and finding moments of fun, laughter and a smidge of balance amidst the chaos.

Here’s to starting the year with showing ourselves some kindness and compassion and just showing up each day as best we can.
