Our new Essentially Slimming World book is packed with motivation and inspiration - it's your guide to slimming success! Our healthy eating plan is more flexible that ever – and our new, pacier and super-motivational groups are the best place to find out everything you need to know 🙌.

Every new, existing and returning member who comes to group between 26th December and 17th January will receive this essential guide for free.

You know it’s Christmas when Beverley Minster opens its doors for the annual Christmas Tree festival. It’s a lovely way to spend a couple of hours and the local Slimming World team are always happy to support this beautiful building.
