7 years and counting on many more with the wonderful people of the NHS by my side ....
I've still a way to go. Eyes are next on the list to get me back out on dark nights. GP appointment next week. I am keeping my fingers crossed it is nothing nasty. At some point, a visit to a cardiologist to check a couple of things. I am very grateful 100% of those working in the NHS are our guardian angels...
Blessed to have them on my side.

The way people view you.
Sometimes I think about the different characters I play in everybody’s story.

I’m a terrible person in some people's narratives and a Godsend in others.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And none of it has anything to do with the person I truly am.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The lens that others view you through is coloured by their upbringing, beliefs, and individual experiences.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people see your bright personality as endearing and others see it as annoying.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people think you’re weak and emotional and others feel safe to be themselves around you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people think you’re rude and selfish and others respect the way you stand up for yourself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people admire the way you take pride in the way you look and others think you’re conceited.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And none of it has to do with who you truly are as a person.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What you have to understand is that you have no authority over how people view you so never try to control the way others see you because the only thing that truly matters when the dust settles down at the end of the day is what you genuinely see in yourself.

Apologies to all who are waiting for me to get back to them..
I've had a busy but lovely week... Fitness and Friendship was fun, I knew I needed to move more it's just that discipline hasn't returned
to normal service yet. Spiritual and Crystal healings, Angel card readings then tonight's Buddhist Meditation where I realised in the reading it was not the surgeon who gently insisted, nor my Son explaining everything in detail that had me choose a permanent bag which I mentally struggle with and tonight it came to me it's vanity that got in the way of my mental recovery.
Realising what my problem is I can now deal with it... oh happy days..
Healing and messages tomorrow my lovelies... love love love from me to you x
