Nutrition for health I'm Kathleen, recently retired from nursing and retrained as a Nutrition Adviser. In particular, resetting the gut microbiome to strengthen the immune system.

I work with a number of different programmes to help people achieve Elite Health. Covid-19 has affected our lives and placed an extra burden on the NHS. It has exposed aspects of lifestyles and healthcare systems that have long been neglected, leaving us more vulnerable to this virus. A leading NHS trained cardiologist Dr Aseem Malhotra found that dietary changes alone could rapidly and substantia

Contact me if you would like a Lifestyle Analysis to find out how you can improve your immune system. Now more than ever selfcare is the best healthcare.

Covid-19 affects everyone and places an extra burden on the NHS. It has exposed aspects of lifestyles and healthcare systems that have long been neglected, leaving us more vulnerable to this virus. It can be argued that chronic ill health is causing more mortality and morbidity than than the virus. A leading NHS trained cardiologist Dr Aseem Malhotra found that dietry changes alone could rapidly and substantially reduce many risk factors. Aseem's recent book explains how we can prevent, improve and potentially reverse such conditions in just 21 days. I coach people through a similar 21 day programme with life improving results (always with agreement of their GP). Contact me if you are interested in improving your immune system

This talk will guide you towards transforming your quality of life. One size does not fit all; in the same way, all food will not suit everyone. Don't miss it;

Imagine what it would be like if you knew what foods are best for your body to eat and what you should avoid. What supplements you need and what you do not and what type of exercise suits your muscle type.

On Tuesday at 7.30pm listen to our free educational talk all about the science behind DNA testing, the role your Gut Microbiome plays and what happens when we reach our limits of stress and burn-out.

Our speaker this week is Simon Bradley. Simon has a scientific background in research and innovation. He has worked in corporate companies at a high level, to the detriment of his health. His story from complete stress and fatigue to health and vitality, we hope, will inspire you to take control and return to Elite Health.

Contact us for the zoom link to join our engaging talk on Tuesday at 7.30pm.
