We are beyond excited that Know Your Floors was nominated, let alone shortlisted for the Active Pregnancy Foundation Awards 2025.

The 🤏 has been nominated for Campaign of the Year.

We are so proud that this work is being recognised as we support women during their childbearing years.

🤩It is as informative as it is beautiful.🤩

It has EVERYTHING you need to know about menopause. It is beautifully put together and easy to understand.

As I say, I love a book with illustrations. When there is a lot of important information, it is so helpful to see this in words and images.

This book has nailed both the words and the images.

❤️Another wonderful book by Dr Philippa Kaye. ❤️

I love this book and really recommend it.

We’ve teamed up with Great Run to talk about returning to running after having a baby.

Bladder leaks and a feeling of heaviness are really common, with 1 in 3 women having problems after child birth.

However, there's lots that can be done to help you return to running and we’re pleased to open up the conversation about this important topic.

I am so thankful that has made this amazing documentary which is on .

It was such a privilege to be involved alongside all the incredible women who shared their stories including;

We need to talk about prolapse more. I never, ever thought prolapse would be discussed so openly on television.

This documentary has so powerfully captured the voices of those with prolapse and provided much needed education.

I hope it is a catalyst that encourages more discussion, documentaries and story sharing. I also hope it will help many to seek support and that we can continue to make improvements to the access and quality of care that we offer to those with prolapse.

I really encourage everyone to watch it and follow the wonderful women who were interviewed.
