Join our team at Lifeline Medical Services, most of our work is patient repatriations from air ambulances & commercial flights ✈️ and plus opportunities across our Event Medical Services.

💷 Pay from £13.78/hr (repatriations paid at time + ½)
🕐 Shifts often at short notice (24hrs) – perfect for flexible extra work

🩺 What you’ll do:
✔️ Safe, professional patient transfers & repatriations
✔️ Deliver care within your scope of practice
✔️ Work as part of a committed crew
✔️ Keep high standards of care, documentation & safety

✅ What you’ll need:
– Qualified ECA / EMT1 / FREC 4 (or equivalent)
– Strong teamwork & comms skills
– Enhanced DBS (or willing to get one)
– Professional, caring attitude

📍 Base: Warwick Bridge, Carlisle
⏱️ Shifts: 7–12 hours (min 4 hrs paid)

We have a small team out today supporting Festival of Running Event.

This weekend, we were proud to provide medical cover at the 10th anniversary of Gelt Gladiator alongside the fantastic North Cumbria Search and Rescue team keeping everyone safe on land and in the water! 🚑🌊

From blazing sun to torrential rain, we saw it all and so did the thousands of muddy, smiling faces who took on the course! 🏃‍♀️💥

Huge congratulations to the Gelt Gladiator team for a decade of unforgettable events. We were honoured to be part of such a special milestone, and we’ll see you next year for the next era!

This weekend we had teams out across Keswick and West Cumbria providing Paramedic led ambulance care for all of the participants at triathlon.
Our team works closely with event organisers and marshals to ensure all of the participants are kept safe and cared for in the best way possible.

The Lakesman team do an amazing job organising this event to make sure it’s already as safe as possible including road closures, water safety teams, extraction drills, motorcycle marshals, dedicated discipline leads and much more!

Huge thank you to our team who supported the Children’s Cancer Run this weekend!
Thankfully, only a few grazed knees and hands needed attention from the enthusiastic participants raising money for .

Alongside our operational vehicles, we also had our engagement ambulance on site, giving children the chance to explore inside and learn more about ambulances and the wider emergency services.

We’re proud to support such a brilliant event for a fantastic cause!
