Our 19 care homes in East Anglia provide short-term. respite care and longer term support to older people, including those with a dementia.

We also have 4 homes for adults with learning or physical disabilities, including autism. We offer an adaptable service; facilities are continually reviewed and updated in order to provide a safe environment in which the needs of every individual are met. We work collaboratively with our residents; their input and involvement allow us to provide a nursing care package tailored to suit their own unique and specific needs. Our highly skilled staff are given the skills and confidence that they need in order to deliver the highest standards of care and support to every resident. Every person matters and will be treated equally, compassionately, and with the utmost respect & dignity. In each of our care homes, our expert staff is here to help our residents feel at home.

We are making excellent progress with the refurbishment of our latest care home at Taverham Grove in Norwich, which will support up to 30 people including those living with dementia when it opens later this year.

To support this home, we're looking for a talented, dedicated and experienced care home manager, with a passion for dementia care.

We had two extra-special VIP visitors to Head Office today. Lawrence and John from Mid Meadows Care Home, our home for adults with Learning Disabilities in Frinton-on-Sea, Essex, came with some of the team from the home who were visiting us for some training.

While they were in Norwich (we spared them from the training! 😂), Lawrence and John also visited Chiswick House where they stayed for lunch. All in all, they had an enjoyable day out and it was a really good reminder to the Head Office team of who we support in our homes every day.

We are delighted to announce that we will be opening a care home in Taverham, near Norwich, supporting up to 30 people living with dementia. The former Eastlands care home will be reopening towards the end of 2025 and will be renamed, reflecting the change in ownership.
