Unfortunately, our triage system is currently down due to national issues with the system.

Our Reception Team are available to answer the phone and will pass any urgent queries directly to our triage team. If your query is non-urgent, please contact us later in the day when the system will hopefully be back up and running or you can contact NHS 111.

We will provide an update as soon as possible and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

Do more with the NHS App

We strongly encourage all patients using the NHS App to check that notifications are turned on.

To enable notifications:

1. Open the NHS App
2. Tap the Account icon
3. Select Notifications
4. Follow the link to your device settings and allow notifications
