Mindful Lime I run Qigong and Mindfulness Workshops in the Wiltshire area (UK). These workshops (online and face to face).

Qigong is a form of Moving Meditation and I trained to teach because Qigong helped my own health - I love to share Qigong with others.

Hi there!
I’ve been teaching Qigong at Tokes Farm (near Shaftesbury) since last October/November - loving the people, the venue, the views and the energy there 💕 …
We are taking a break for the summer but we’ll return in September. Probably around the middle of the month - meanwhile I am still teaching online on zoom so if anyone is missing their Qigong then please just get in touch with me.

I attended an amazing Hua Gong (a style of Qigong) event at the Larmer Tree last weekend - inspirational to be with so many like minded, lovely people - probably around 100-120 of us. It was a moving reunion 💕 🧘‍♀️ 🌳

Hi everyone!

I'm teaching Qigong at Tokes Farm near Shaftesbury - Wednesdays at 10.30 for 45 minutes.

Please do come along if you feel like moving your body gently, doing some peaceful meditation and feeling the Qi move.

This class is for everyone and it can be done sitting or standing. It's extremely gentle but also pretty powerful.

Qigong is the ancient art of moving and meditation - some call it 'Medicine in Motion'.

On 7th June we are running a new workshop at Tokes Farm near Shaftesbury. The workshop is ‘Boundaries for selfcare and wellbeing’ - and it’s a mixture of bodywork, qigong and psychology.

I’m teaching this workshop alongside Nicki Gabriel - she’s the psychologist and I teach Qigong.

This workshop is now full but we will be running more on this topic, so please do get in touch if you’re interested!

We start the weekly Qigong classes again at Tokes Farm, near Shaftesbury on 19th April (a Wednesday) at 10.30.

It’s an amazing venue - with fab views and a great atmosphere - very calm. It’s ideal for Qigong!

Our classes last 45 minutes and we start by warming up, getting our Qi moving and then we move gently into some Shibashi, 8 brocades or medical Qigong. We always end with a lovely peaceful meditation.

Please contact me if you’re interested in coming along. Classes are £9 each. I also run weekly Qigong classes online every Friday at ten.

Qigong in A Lovely Garden in Tisbury

This Saturday at 11 a.m. until 11.45 a.m.

Please come along and do some gentle movement and meditation – get your Qi (energy) moving. Become fully present in a really pretty local space.

We’ll do some gentle warm up and healing movements, probably some shibashi and other forms of Qigong. You can do this sitting or standing (I’ll bring some picnic chairs).

Welcome to this new page!

I'm Ann and I teach Qigong and Mindfulness online and face to face.

I'm really interested in Health and Fitness and I love to see the changes that Qigong and Mindfulness can bring to my students.

Both techniques have helped me enormously over the years. In the Workshops I share the things that I have learnt from my training - we do gentle Qigong movements and meditations. These movements and meditations help to calm the body and mind and restore health and well-being.

Please do get in touch if you are interested in any workshops - in a group format or 1-1 or 1-2.
