Through our 'Care for the Carers' campaign, we gift free sauna sessions to NHS workers and mental health professionals.

They are on the frontline supporting others through a growing epidemic of depression, loneliness, stress, substance abuse and anxiety. So we want to offer a space for restoration for the carers who care for so many.

Our sauna became a space of rest and rejuvenation for this local mental health team — a group doing incredible work in our community every single day.

For the very first time, our sauna is heading to the south of the county — and what a spot to start.

Set in the beautiful coastal village of Dale, this will be the view from our window… Sessions begin this weekend and are available on our website.
