The countdown is on — we open our doors this Tuesday (11/11) at Goodwick Parrog.
A brand new Wildwater spot, right on the slipway at the water’s edge.
We’ll be here for 4 weeks before heading to one of our original spots at Nolton in December.

Our candlelit meditation and sauna experience with Thea this weekend was pure calm — breath, warmth and stillness beneath the glow of the dome.
A beautiful way to sign out on our last weekend here at , surrounded by tropical greenery and gentle rain.

Next, we return to the ocean — setting up once more at Goodwick Parrog this Tuesday, ready for sea air, sunrise plunges and wild coastal stillness.

We’re in our final week at — one last chance to soak in the woodland calm before we move back to the coast at Goodwick Parrog next week.

Our first Meditative Sauna & Deep Rest experience was a beautiful session — breath, heat and stillness amongst the tropical greenery of the dome and our outdoor spa area.

This magical experience will return this Friday 8th for a candlelit evening session with , journeying through meditative breathing, sauna and deep rest.

And on Sunday, our Sunday Sanctuary — yoga, fire and ice to restore you for the week ahead. This week will be led by our very own Sophie

THIS SATURDAY - Meditative Sauna & Deep Rest Experience, led by our in-house facilitator Thea Noble (aka )
Set amongst the greenery of the tropical geo-dome at , this gentle journey invites you to soften, slow, and return to yourself.

We begin with meditative breathing, a soothing practice to calm the nervous system and anchor you in stillness.

From here, move through contrast therapy — a restorative blend of heat and cold designed to awaken the body while quieting the mind. Drift between aromatherapy sauna and our selection of cold plunge stations, then nourish the skin with natural balm, before gathering around the firepit with chai tea.

We return to the dome for full-body relaxation — a guided deep rest meditation supporting the body’s natural repair systems, easing tension, lowering stress hormones, and restoring inner balance.

A space to unwind, release, and come back to quiet clarity.

£30 per person - 9am to 11am - Limited space available

We're excited to announce that from Monday 11th November, we'll be lighting up at a brand new spot — Goodwick Parrog, overlooking the wide calm of Fishguard Bay.

We'll be here until mid December, before we go back to a community favourite - Nolton Haven!

*Community Update*

We wanted to share a little update with you all. Unfortunately, we’ve had to bring our time at .uk to a close earlier than planned, after a complaint was raised with the authorities. Our final day at Rwts will be this Sunday 20th October.

We completely understand and respect the process, and we’ll be using the following week to pause operations and carry out some maintenance and finalise preparations for the next chapter.

Our next location will be revealed very soon, along with our 2026 schedule and some BIG news, which we’re incredibly excited to share.

Thank you, as always, for your patience, understanding, and unwavering support. It’s your kindness and sense of community that keeps us moving forward — through every season, every tide, and every location.
