Struggling to switch off at night? Try this simple technique to calm your nervous system and ease into deep, peaceful rest.
๐ While lying comfortably in bed, press these calming sleep points for around 1โ2 minutes each:
โจ Third Eye (between the eyebrows)
โจ CV17 (centre of the chest)
โจ CX6 (inside of the wrist, three finger-widths below the palm)
โจ HT7 (just below the wrist bone, pinky side)
Use gentle but firm pressure. Breathe slowly. Let your body know itโs safe to rest.
Itโs a grounding 5-minute ritual your body will start to craveโand itโs completely natural.
