Services offered by Our Occupational Therapist

Virtual home safety visit.
This service will be done via video. Our OT will have a virtual tour around your house and suggest ways you can make your environment safer and thus enable you to live independently for longer.

Home organisation and declutter
A cluttered and unorganised home can have a negative impact on how we live our lives. With the support from our OT, we can help you focus on what is important to prioritise tasks and develop a plan with you to lead a more streamlined life.

I’m developing a range of visual prompts that can be used around the house to prompt independence.

These stickers are 11x11cm and come in a wipeable glossy print.

Also planning “wear your pendant alarm” and “use your Walker” visual prompts.

It’s so think about what you can do to increase your wellbeing. Try not to focus solely on one think like weight management, but think about your environment, physical and mental health. Take small steps that make small improvements and build them into your daily life. When you can keep up your new habit add in another small goal.
