Post bath moments… just applied Arnica cooling gel to a massive bruise on my leg… Calendula cuts for my fingers - which I seem to have a nervous twitch to pick at at the minute. Skin food for a leave on face mask, to my hands after garden weeding and to my feet to smoothen - and to inhale… love the smell; like the Earth 💚. Eye gel to awaken and reduce puffiness and Pom oil for pure indulgence and regeneration to those skin imperfections… Relax and Restore ☮️

Wow what an evening with my fellow WELEDA advisors learning all things Relaxing & Unwinding with our 4 products promoting ‘dish the dirt’ and ‘save our soil’ campaigns, which are running this month to encourage healthily soil and natural products in the consumer market. Weleda excels at this, but so many brands fall short; another reason why I love Weleda 💚. And our MD, being leader of the British Beauty Association is working with other brands and how we all can learn to grow greater and recycle better going forward.

Evening all I hope you’re all keeping well during this fast paced tumulus month! What with the cold weather, stress and a very busy work life my body has really been suffering… undiagnosed aches and pains being the forefront of the problem. I’ve also had another bout of stomach upset (my 3rd in a year now!) and not been settling well at night… a mix of Prunus Spinosa for fatigue and post illness recovery, digestion calming drops, aveena sativa (sleepy drops), stress relief oral spray and this amazing product have been keeping me going among other Weleda saviours! This is the only thing that has been taking the edge off the relentless aches in my wrists and arms recently and I’m so grateful for it 🧡 thank you Weleda. Keep well guys and roll on lighter nights, warmer spells and brighter futures ###

Evening all… I am fully out of my moon mood after last weeks wolf moon… wow that was powerful! Anybody else feel it?? Topped off the end of my week with this beautifully crafted journal to help me connect and keep track of my body’s cyclical rhythm to the seasons and the moon 🌙 ain’t that the truth! Thank you .
