Hello December! The month to really slow down and go inwards, so I thought maybe you’d be interested in experiencing craniosacral therapy. There is plenty of information online - thank you internet. I am taking a break in January to learn new techniques away from Skye and also fuel my love for traveling and learning from others.

I can’t wait to share it with you once I am back . In the meantime there is still 4 weeks till I am away.

December is my favourite month to really go inwards and reflect. If you feel like you need to take some time for yourself I would love to be the safe hands to hold you!

I am absolutely amazed with the pictures Lynn taken of me working this week. To see my work through somebody's creative lens is giving me inspiration and confidence to do what I am here to do. The way she captured the light and the magic and how we worked together in flow was just meant to be.

Also a huge thanks for Clare to stepping in and be a last minute model. Working with two inspiring women can't never go wrong ✨✨

I absolutely love when people do what brings them joy, it benefits all of us. I am hoping through touch, energy and bodywork I can guide you closer to your own power.

This time let's go for a walk, it would be rude to sit inside quietly while the nature is looking so good and offers all this beautiful plants to us.

I will show you what to pick up, what do I use it for and we can just be and see the world around us.

Meeting at the castle car park at 6pm on Sunday, bring walking boots, bag or basket, scissors, gardening gloves if you'd like to do some foraging yourself. And some kind of midge defencer just in case ❤️

Full moon evening at the Skye touch

I love to just sit quietly together with others and listen to a poem or meditation. I have done few of those last year and it helped me to feel more grounded, connected and part of the community. So if you feel called to it:

On this day two years ago I had my first Skye Touch client.
It feels like yesterday and it also feels like a lifetime since I made a commitment to myself to find something that makes me truly happy, serves others and where I can grow organically and be creative.

This urge came to me before I started Skye Touch. I was on the edge of burnout or maybe I had already tripped over that point. I was always tired, in chronic pain and feeling less than I actually am.

I went on this journey of self discovery and asked myself questions I never had before. I must say it is pretty amazing where this took me and I am grateful I went through the uncomfortable truths about myself - after all they were just stories that did not really belong to me.

I wish that I could inspire at least one person to start living the life of joy and fulfillment.

One of the things I love about the bodywork I do is to make space and create a quiet place for you to really go inside and hear the messages of your body, mind and heart. It always makes my heart so happy seeing my clients glow, listening to their body and taking responsibility for their own health and well-being.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everybody who has been the part of my own journey. You made me more compassionate, loving and present that I have ever been. I will keep on learning from every single one of you.

I am excited for what is to come ✨🕊️🤍
