Let’s March in to spring.
If we did not have a Winter, spring would not be so beautiful.
A month where the earth blushes in the warmth of spring, and our spirits bloom in
harmony with nature.
It’s time to wake up from the winter blues and step in to new beginnings ☀️🌼❤️

This is why I refused to offer it. I saw and heard this happen many times. What’s wrong with natural face hair?! There’s other ways to exfoliate dead skin ❤️

Molly-Mae Hague claims she's "trapped" in a cycle of dermaplaning as the beauty treatment has made her facial hair "grow back thicker."

Molly joked on Instagram that she wasn't sure what to do, after previously admitting in a YouTube video; "Wish I never got dermaplaning, I basically have a full beard now." Dermaplaning works by removing dead skin cells and peach fuzz, but for some, as Molly-Mae has found, "my peach fuzz just grows back at rapid levels now."

Just letting my lovely clients, that I haven’t had a chance to reach out to yet.
Know I’m away with my children next week for a few days. For a much needed break/escape.
And the week after I’m in hospital for 5 days minimum all going well. Hopefully once I’m let out, after a few days recovery I’ll be back to it. ❤️
Thanks for all the understanding, support and working with me on this journey. It’s so appreciated Xx

I have a few spaces left this Friday for any one wanted to book in ❤️

Have you ever noticed how illness seems to appear out of nowhere? A headache after a tense conversation.
Chronic fatigue after weeks of overwork. Or a mysterious pain in your chest when you're holding back tears.
Part of understanding how our nervous system and bodies work, is first understanding that illness isn't a random occurrence. Every illness, every ache, every imbalance in the body can be traced back to some kind of emotional flooding that has not been processed.
When we suppress our emotions, whether it's grief, anger, fear, or even joy, we store those unexpressed feelings in the body.
Think about it:
Stress that's never released turns into tension in the shoulders or stomach ulcers.
Unspoken heartbreak can manifest as tightness in the chest or difficulty breathing.
Suppressed rage can show up as chronic pain or autoimmune flare-ups.
Our body is constantly speaking to us about what's in our best alignment, within our boundaries, within our capacity. It begins with whispers at first, but over time, it will begin to scream.
