Elite Sports Therapy Sports Massage Therapist I'm a Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist. I'm fully insured and a member of the Sports Massage Association.

I also hold a level 2 award in infection prevention (COVID 19). Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage and is proven to help improve both your physical and mental health, as well as helping athletes to enhance their performance.
