About us

What is home care?

Domiciliary care can be relatively simple, like helping you get up and about in the morning, making sure you take your medication at the right time, feeding pets or helping you move around the house.

Or it could mean high-dependency 24-hour home care. Our service is flexible and we match the care and the care worker to you. Every visit starts with an assessment of what you need.

Sometimes it’s more social than personal care, such as taking time to have a chat or going out to the shop. No two visits are the same. We work with you and your family to get it right.

Our domiciliary care service

Our original guiding principles have served us well and still hold true today – treating people with care, kindness and dignity in the same way we would want one of our loved ones to be treated

We have domiciliary care offices across the country. We’ll put your mind at ease and take care of every part of your home care from your local office

We directly employ, train and manage our extensive network of local care workers

We work hard to ensure clients are cared for by the same worker as often as possible to build consistent, long-standing relationships

All our care staff are enhanced DBS (police) checked and highly trained to provide a friendly, caring and reliable service

We use the latest technology to help manage our service and clients

Our care staff

Many of our care staff are well-known in their local community – they may be a familiar face already.

Your care worker becomes part of your daily life at home. Some of our home care staff have been supporting the same people from more than 20 years – they really feel like part of the family!
