Weekly themes are as follows:

16th March
3D Spring Collage
Mixed media, scissors, glue! Following the motifs of spring, we will be messing around with composition, colour and contrast as we dive into this vintage technique.

23rd March
Honey Bee Batik
An ancient technique that requires no experience, just like all the creative circle classes.

30th March
Helios Sun Wands
Spring Forward, the sun returns!
Make a bursting sun wand to run through the woods with. A playful craft session for everyone.

6th April-EASTER MONDAY
The Cosmic Egg
Celebrate your spring energies by exploring the universal motif of the Cosmic Egg.

13th April
Art class for being in the moment
This week, we will experiment using our non-dominant hand to playfully make marks with mixed media colour.

20th April
Honey Bee Marionettes
Pull the string, buzzing bee wings! Using a template, we will make and decorate our own honey bee “jumping jack” puppets.

27th April
Honey Bee Watercolour Collage
Continuing with the honey bee theme, we will have a playful session creating an experimental collage using watercolours and mixed media.

4th May Day Holiday
Exploring The Mandala part one
We will be creating our own mandalas this week in a mindful and non-technical way using paint pens.

11th May
Exploring The Mandala part two
It’s fine if you missed last week! Just join in tonight to creatively contemplate the beauty of the sacred mandala that you will be guided to make.

🐝The honey bee creative kit is all packed for tomorrow's session with Creative Recovery's amazing Live Arts group.

This Wednesday our Live Arts Cafe is inspired by the beautiful bee. You should 🐝 there at 5.30pm to get involved with bee related crafts with Wish's Art.

Also this year our Green UPLIFTs include bee keeping, bug making and wild seed spreading. Its going to 🐝 great so you can expect lots more bee related puns. We’re buzzing!
