I MADE THESE!!! Oh my goodness these Cinnamon and Raisin Bagels are SO good….they have 4 ingredients!! I am so excited that these have turned out so good…we all should know by now that shop bought bagels are ultra processed and full of nasties including sugar….these are a game changer 💪 obviously we don’t want to be eating flour based products all the time but fine for every now and again, great to stop you buying shop bought crap, I’m sure the kids will love them too!! these toasted with proper butter on are incredible ❤️❤️❤️

I wanted to share this Picture of me and my daughter ❤️ we were at Disneyland and I put her on my shoulders to watch the Parade….she’s nearly 8 years old…I had her on my shoulders for 20 minutes, I noticed there weren’t many other Mums like this but quite a few Dads…my point here is the importance of weight training, of being strong, especially as women, after the age of 40 our muscle depreciates if we don’t use it, so the more we build and maintain the better we will carry ourselves into later life - ALSO the added bonus that muscle burns fat, winner 💪💪 I’m proud to be a strong Mum, a strong Woman and I encourage you all to become strong women….it’s never too late to start!!!

We need it to build strong muscles, bones and skin to keep it brief….also protein keeps us full for longer which helps us to not over eat 🙏🏻 however so many people are taking protein in an ultra processed form - protein powders, bars, supplements and other nonsense UPFs which are loaded with absolute crap and chemicals……AND cost an fortune!! This bowl is a bowl of natural goodness to fuel your body the right way 💪 don’t underestimate the power of food, you can’t put train a bad diet EAT PROPERLY PEOPLE 🙏🏻❤️

Important oils to avoid 🙏🏻

Here's what you should keep in mind when looking at refined oils:

〉Refined oils are much cheaper to produce than butter, ghee, olive oil, etc. making them the preferred source of cooking oil for restaurants, fast foods, french fries, dressings, chips, crackers, roasted nuts, bottled, processed, and packaged foods.

⚠️Yes, you should always look for these oils on food labels!

〉Eating foods that contain these oils will make fasting more difficult, adding to cellular inflammation and toxic load.

〉While some of these oils are marketed as "heart healthy" research has shown that their high omega-6 fatty acid content leads to increased inflammation and chronic disease.

Hey December…..the count down to Christmas 🎅🎄 so many people give up on good habits at this time of year for some reason - DON’T BE THAT PERSON!! Keeping up your good habits of exercise, healthy eating and good sleep are so important, especially at this time of year, it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it just don’t give up your good habits and think I’ll start again in January, that becomes hard work!!! Trust me 💪

Similarly, starting your good habits now is also better than putting it off for another month 🙌🏼
