Important oils to avoid 🙏🏻
Here's what you should keep in mind when looking at refined oils:
〉Refined oils are much cheaper to produce than butter, ghee, olive oil, etc. making them the preferred source of cooking oil for restaurants, fast foods, french fries, dressings, chips, crackers, roasted nuts, bottled, processed, and packaged foods.
⚠️Yes, you should always look for these oils on food labels!
〉Eating foods that contain these oils will make fasting more difficult, adding to cellular inflammation and toxic load.
〉While some of these oils are marketed as "heart healthy" research has shown that their high omega-6 fatty acid content leads to increased inflammation and chronic disease.
