High-Protein Tomato & Basil Salad🌱Have you tried this recipe yet? It’s on the Blog! 15 minutes, healthy, & balanced. It’s delish!

✅Serves 3
✅Ingredients:
1 pint cherry tomatoes (halved)
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons avocado or extra-virgin olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons grain mustard
1 ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice or vinegar
1 large avocado, cubed
½ cup quartered marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup chickpeas
6 mint leaves, chiffonade
7 basil leaves, chiffonade
1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
Black pepper to taste
✅Transfer the tomatoes to a large sieve. Add a generous dash of salt. Rub the tomatoes to evenly coat with the salt. Set aside to drain for at least 15 minutes. Rub them again while lightly squeezing to remove more of their juices.
✅Add the juice from the tomatoes, avocado oil, grain mustard, and lemon juice to a medium bowl and mix well to combine. Stir in the tomatoes, avocado, artichoke hearts, chickpeas, mint, basil, and pistachios. Season with salt and pepper

🤩 Craving some baked oats right now🤤like this bowl of vanilla baked oats topped with vegan white chocolate chips, fresh berries, and more vanilla coconut yogurt🤩delicious!

Vegan vanilla baked oats🍌😋
150ml almond mylk
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup (or brown sugar)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking powder
65g rolled oats
Vegan white chocolate chips
Fresh raspberries to top

Baked at 180C for 40 minutes✨

😋Sugar Free Protein Oats 😋

✨These oats were amazing this morning, my fuel for another run today! 🏃‍♀️

✨Such a great way to add protein into your diet and a slow release carbohydrate to fuel your day.

Oats are definitely one of my go to foods!

✨40g of oats
✨100mL of Milk/Water ( I use half and half)
✨9g Ground Flax seed (for those Omega 3's)
✨and 1tsp of Magic mushroom, Chocolate Lover and Energy Bomb Mixes
this gives the rich chocolatey flavour without any of the added sugar with a load of extra micronutrients too! (Not an Ad, I just really love them!)

✨✨And lastly Top with your favourite fruit!
