As we head into Christmas, I just want to take a moment to send love and warm wishes to all my amazing family and friends. ❤️

May your days be filled with joy, laughter, and those little moments that make Christmas so special. Whether you’re celebrating with loved ones, making new memories, or simply enjoying a quiet, cosy day — I hope it brings you peace and happiness.

I’m also sending an extra big hug to anyone who may be spending Christmas alone, missing someone, or far away from the people they love. You’re truly in my thoughts today and always. 💛✨

At Space to Be Wellbeing CIC we love connecting with our community members and providing Chair Yoga sessions that help keep all ages and abilities active, healthy and happy.

An enjoyable and beneficial way to look after your wellbeing and be part of friendly group sessions through active movement, breathwork and gentle relaxation.

Two Sessions run every week as part of the popular One Barnstaple at Barnstaple Library. 10.15 to 11.15 and 11.45 to 12.45. Community contribution from £3 up to £6 🙏

Just over a year ago, I went to Koh Sok National Park in Thailand - one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited to do my Thai Yoga Massage Practitioners course. A year on a lot has happened: selling our house and moving down to North Devon and starting a new life by the sea. I am pleased to say I have finally completed my case studies and passed my assessment to practice Thai Yoga Massage.

My office/ yoga studio is complete and in full working order. Just the patio to do outside so I can enjoy the amazing view and practice yoga/meditation outside too. I feel so blessed to have this space as this is something I have dreamed of for many years and now it is real -a little piece of paradise tucked away in North Devon. Soon be ready to start teaching private clients for 1-2-1 yoga classes and hopefully provide Thai Yoga Massage treatments in due course too. More details to follow.
