There are some people in life who truly remind you what strength, courage and determination look like… and our amazing Julie is absolutely one of them ❤️

Today my Shirebrook 10.30 group welcomed her back with so much love, support, laughter and emotion. This incredible lady continues to maintain her target whilst battling leukaemia and honestly… she inspires every single one of us week after week.

After spending the last 6 weeks having intense chemotherapy, seeing her walk back through those doors today was incredibly special. Her positivity, focus and fighting spirit shine brighter than she probably realises ✨

Julie, you really are a shining star and we love you to bits. Thank you for reminding us all what true strength looks like ❤️

The love this group has for you is something really special Julie and please know we are 100% behind you every single step of the way ❤️

These results are not luck. They are not coincidence. They are built on commitment, courage and turning up week after week even when life throws everything at you.

Never ever underestimate the power of a room full of people who truly get it. Same struggles. Same doubts. Same wins. And that’s exactly why it works.

Consultants aren’t immune to gaining weight and if I’m honest I never want to be, because I live this just like you. I have the good weeks, the tough weeks and the ones where life just gets in the way and everything feels harder. That’s why I’ve always tried to stay relatable, because I’m walking in your shoes every single day. Last week I walked into group not as a Consultant but as a member and made a decision to go back to basics and follow Slimming World 100%. I didn’t miss out on anything, in fact I felt better for the choices I was making and it really helped my mental health too. That led to a -8lb loss and Slimmer of the Week, not because of what I do for a job but because I followed the plan just like anyone else can. It reminded me exactly why group is so important, because I know I can’t do this on my own and I also know so many of my members feel the same. If any of this sounds like you then my doors are always open and I would love to welcome you into any of my groups across Mansfield and Shirebrook.

You two bring the madness, the mischief, the muddy paws… and more love than I ever thought possible. Whether it’s following me everywhere, sitting waiting for food like you’ve never been fed in your life 😂 or just being there without a word… you’ve got a way of making every day better.

Bank Holiday vibes done right 🙌☀️

Bit of a different one for me today… I’ve been teaching my son how to properly clean his car 😅🙈
Safe to say we both got stuck in and actually really enjoyed it… there’s something about a good clean car and a bit of quality time that just hits different ❤️

Now anyone who knows me will know… cars aren’t just a hobby, they’re a full blown passion 🚗🔥
Over the years I’ve had quite the collection (understatement of the year 😂)

But when that sunshine comes out… there’s only one set of keys I’m reaching for… Basil 💚 my 1963 pride and joy!

He’s not just a car… he’s a proper little head turner and brings a smile every time he’s out on the road ☀️
