Dreams don’t happen overnight… but this week, in Shirebrook, Mansfield Woodhouse and Mansfield, they’ve been happening right in front of my eyes 💙

Every smile in these photos tells a story.
Of someone who didn’t give up.
Of someone who walked through those doors maybe feeling nervous, unsure or even a little lost… and chose to try anyway.

That’s what I’m most proud of.

Not just the weight losses, the awards or the numbers on the scales… but the courage, the consistency and the belief that change is possible.

Week after week, in our groups, real people are making real progress. Supporting each other. Lifting each other up. Becoming stronger, healthier and more confident together.

I feel incredibly grateful to play even a small part in that journey. To stand alongside you, to support you and to celebrate every win, big or small.

For nearly 10 years I’ve had the privilege of running Slimming World groups across Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse and Shirebrook, and every single week I watch people walk through the door unsure… and walk out believing in themselves again.
