Qwell is a free, safe and anonymous digital mental health service for anyone over the age of 18 in York, The Humber and North Yorkshire. We are BACP Accredited, with no waitlists and no referrals. We provide online counselling, as well as self help tools and community support resources. This service is commissioned by the NHS so is completely free of charge.
