How about a few really quick ways to change your current emotional state?

🧍🏽‍♂️change your physical state - if you’re sitting, stand up, if you’re standing, walk, if you’re standing kneel down. Change your position and change the feeling

🕺🏼dance - it’s really hard not to feel good vibes when you’re dancing or moving with purpose!

💆🏻‍♂️ take some time for you, even 5 minutes of self-care will make an incredible difference

🙍🏿‍♂️ go to a mirror and think how someone happy (or what’s ever emotions you want to shift too) looks and mimicking this. Things like standing tall, smiling, breathing slowly and deeply, lowering shoulders and keeping your chin up make you feel more positive

😀 smile - just do it when you don’t feel great and it’ll improve everything!

🫁 breath - try box breathing (4 in, pause for 4, 4 out, pause for 4) to keep your body in a steady emotional space

🗣 tell someone you care about how you feel and why - sharing tough thoughts always feels better!
