Open water season has begun so now is the time to book your Introduction and Improver sessions at Aztec Adventure Upton Warren. Spaces are filling quickly, some dates already full!!! Introduction sessions are £15 and Improvers sessions £45 (these are a 3 week course).

Evening everyone, once again I have to sadly say that I will closing the door on treatments for the foreseeable future.

The new variant of the the virus is surging and we must all play our part in trying to control it.

If you have issues you would like to discuss please reach out to me and I will try and support you as best I can either by message or FaceTime etc.

Happy New Year everyone!

I thought I would just give you a covid update. As of 31/12/20 Worcestershire was moved into tier 3 alert level. Therefore, I will be open for business on Monday 4th January as normal (covid precautions/ guidelines being followed).
If you have treatments booked then I look forward to seeing you at your appointed time. If you wish to make an appointment then please get in touch.

I wish you all the best for the year and fingers crossed we can get back to some normality very soon and start getting events back in the calendar.

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

It’s been a difficult year for everyone and it’s looks like the 2021 isn’t going to be the start we all hoped for. However, I’m sure things are going to get better soon and we can all get back to some sort of normality.

In the meantime try and enjoy the festive season as best you can and I look forward to see you all in 2021.

Good Morning all, I’m glad to say that after the governments announce that we are returning to tier system restrictions that I will be opening the doors once again from Wednesday 2nd December.😊

I will be open irrespective of the tier we are placed in so hopefully this will be the final time I will need to close 🤞

I hope you have all been keeping well and I look forward to welcoming you back.
