🌬️ Meet Michelle Messer — breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed practitioner, and passionate guide for healing through the breath.

After leaving behind the corporate world, Michelle found a new path through Transformational Breath® — one that not only saved her life but opened her heart to helping others do the same.

She now works across the UK through 1:1 sessions, workshops, and her community CIC, Breathing In Peace, supporting mental health, trauma recovery, and emotional wellbeing — especially for veterans and seniors.

Meet Sally Asquith — Co-Chair of Transformational Breath® UK and founder of Breathing in Peace CIC. A former Army engineer turned certified breathwork trainer, Sally’s journey is all about transformation.

After experiencing the profound healing effects of Transformational Breath®, she changed her entire life path. Now, she works passionately with veterans, community groups, and anyone in need of emotional and physical healing.

From Oxfordshire to Yorkshire (and online too!), Sally is making breathwork accessible, especially for those living with PTSD and trauma. 🌬️💙
