I had tried many different weight loss products, spent lots of money on exercise equipment etc for it just to end up in the garage gathering dust. Thinking it was not going to do much but was what i felt a last option, I did it and the results speak for themselves as I went from a size

Becoming a mum was the most incredible thing, but along with all the joy, I lost myself along the way. I put my own needs last, and after a year of being a mum, I felt exhausted and uncomfortable in my own body. I knew I had to make a change to be healthy, full of energy, and truly enjoy the moments that matter most. ๐Ÿ˜

What if I told you that you could have a social life and still stay on track with your goals?

I've rounded up our top tips to help you stay on track even when your social calendar is full this summer.

โ€ข Go for smaller portions eating at a restaurant, or split a dish with a friend and order some veggies or a salad on the side?
Restaurant portions are often much bigger than a normal portion - and it's easy to overeat when you're busy talking with friends.

โ€ข Increase your daily steps.
Why not head out on a walk with a friend instead of a coffee shop catch up? That way you get some extra steps in without even thinking about it.

โ€ข Drink 2 large glasses of water as soon as you sit down at your dinner or arrive at the bar.
This will help make you feel fuller and perhaps prevent over ordering when it comes to the food.

โ€ข Prepare your meals and snacks to ensure healthy food is always easily available.
When you're busy, it's easy to fall back into old habits and opt for convenience especially if you are trying to maintain.

โ€ข Take your product with you and don't be embarrassed to say "NO"

The sunny days and longer evenings bring BBQs, ice cream trucks, and patio cocktailsโ€”but that doesnโ€™t mean your goals have to take a back seat.

Here are a few simple tips to help you stay on track:
1. โ„‹๐“Ž๐’น๐“‡๐’ถ๐“‰โ„ฏ โ„’๐’พ๐“€โ„ฏ ๐’ถ โ„ฌโ„ด๐“ˆ๐“ˆ
Thirst often disguises itself as hunger. Keep a water bottle with you and aim to sip throughout the dayโ€”especially in the heat.
2. ๐’ซ๐“๐’ถ๐“ƒ โ„’๐’พ๐‘”๐’ฝ๐“‰โ„ฏ๐“‡ โ„ณโ„ฏ๐’ถ๐“๐“ˆ
Opt for fresh, seasonal foods like salads with lean protein, grilled veggies, or smoothie bowls instep 2 and above.
Theyโ€™re satisfying without being heavy.

Frozen fruit, protein popsicles with our water flavourings, or Greek yogurt with berries can hit the spot without derailing your progress.

Exercise in the cooler parts of the day to stay consistent without overheating.
