For those that have been to classes at Mentmore would you prefer a Sunday morning class to set your intentions for the week ahead or a Monday evening to de-stress from being at work. About to set up booking system to be able to book onto classes so please let me know your preferences.

I have now completed all my case studies so can submit my work and start planning regular sound baths.

You have all been AMAZING 🤩
