When they move, I see the future moving with them.

Not chasing perfection. Not undoing the weekend ‘sins’. Not fighting their bodies. Not to be pretty just because they are girls.
But moving because it feels good to be strong, alive, capable. Moving to handle stress and emotions. Moving to connect with friends and family.

This is the inheritance I want to give my girls. Not things, but a way of being.

I honestly can't believe we're still raising girls to believe looks matter more than strength, that it's better to fake it than to build it.
This isn’t just about bums. It’s about what we value. And it’s dangerous!

Your body isn't an illusion. It’s your power. And strong glutes aren’t just about how jeans fit, they’re vital for your health, strength, and longevity.

5 Reasons Strong Glutes Matter:

Life’s been full-on lately, but I finally get to share these amazing moments captured by the talented Emma Herrod from our last circuit session.

I feel genuinely privileged that my girls are growing up surrounded by such strong, inspiring women. The energy in these sessions is unmatched. This is how they learn strength, resilience, and community!
