Words like overwhelm, burnout, and confidence feel descriptive… but they’re costing you clients.

✨ They’re too broad (everyone’s “overwhelmed” in some way).
✨ They don’t describe the exact struggle your client feels daily.
✨ They don’t paint a picture of the transformation you create.

Instead, get specific and tangible.
👉 Not “overwhelm” but “awake at 2am with racing thoughts.”
👉 Not “burnout” but “exhausted lawyers working 12-hour days with no energy for family.”
👉 Not “confidence” but “wearing colour again without worrying about leaks.”

When you swap vague for vivid, your audience feels seen, and that’s when they buy.

So a stranger on Instagram questioned your intentions… and suddenly you’re ready to throw the whole thing away? 👀

I see this happening all the time in amongst incredible wellness experts
👉 One bad comment.
👉 One launch that didn’t hit your target.

If you’ve ever thought “I’ll just price it low so more people buy”, you’re not alone.

But…when your price is too low:
1️⃣ Clients don’t take it seriously. A £50 course often ends up forgotten in their inbox.
2️⃣ You burn out. You need a huge volume of sales to make it worthwhile.
3️⃣ You undervalue your expertise. Your years of training, experience, and the transformation you provide are worth far more.

💡 People don’t pay for hours of Pilates or coaching. They pay for the outcome, the confidence, energy, and freedom your work gives them. Pricing properly gives people skin in the game.

✨ Pricing higher positions your product as valuable, attracts more committed clients, and allows you to give your best without over-delivering for peanuts.

👉 So next time you think “I’ll just keep it cheap so more people join,” remember: your audience isn’t buying the bargain… they’re buying the transformation.

Remember when Heinz launched Snap Pots?
1️⃣The first time: total flop.
2️⃣Second time (same product): huge success.

They didn’t change the product…they changed the OFFER, tightening up on three things
👉 The marketing.
👉 The message.
👉 The audience.
