Hi all, I’m holding a Sound Bath tonight - Monday ~ 12th May from 7:30–8:30pm in Southbourne.

It’s a deeply restorative session using the powerful sound & vibration of Tibetan singing bowls to gently nourish you and promote healing in the mind, body & soul.

Held at The Stourvale Centre, 108 Stourvale Road, BH6 5JB.
Please leave plenty of time to park so you can arrive by 7:25pm — doors will close at 7:30pm so we can keep the space quiet and undisturbed once we begin.

Bring your yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, water, and anything else you need to get snuggly and relaxed.
Wear your comfiest clothes and let the healing sounds wash over you. ✨

l've just finished seeing a lovely client who came to me because she was in a lot of pain in her back & shoulders.

Back pain usually arises when we are feeling unsupported in life, shoulder pain when we are carrying burdens.

I gave this beautiful client a deep tissue massage with warmed aromatherapy oils, hot stones, neck and shoulder stretch, Reiki and Sound healing.

By the end of the session her whole energy had shifted. She felt lighter, more joyful and was able to move freely again.

I treat my clients as a whole, looking into the emotions and how they manifest in the body and treat accordingly.

Amazing result for this lovely lady 💛

Reclaiming her power and getting her life back after overcoming crippling Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

“ I had 2 session with Rebecca as I was suffering with CFS. In the first session we went deep into the root cause of my fatigue and pain and lifted out lots of physical pain. The second session we lifted out more emotional pain connected to cfs.I was blown away at where this pain and fatigue came from, it was trying to protect me from complete burn out and overwhelm. My body was taking on so much stress and isolation at one time in my life, it had to hold me back some how.
