🗣️Weight Management Group coming to Forfar!

Sessions Starting at Ten57 at the Myre on Monday 3rd March!

Time: 6:30pm

What will participants get for just £8.35 per week

🕰️The Group will meet each week for 1 -1.5 hours, in person with a qualified weight management coach

👋🏻As well as the weekly session, you will receive a workout programme to be completed in between, which can be adapted to your needs.

🧰You will also receive additional tasks/tools for your overall wellbeing, to ensure your mind and body can achieve a healthy state

💻You will have access to an online portal with all materials and session recaps for lifetime use

🗓️Programme meetings will be for 12 weeks, but your online portal can be used again and again - Free after first 12 weeks

About Us

Hi everyone, firstly, I would like to thank you for visiting my page! My name is Veronica Hubbard and I offer a vast array of services to help improve your health through manageable lifestyle changes.

I have 5 years of experience in delivering health interventions for people with a variety of long term medical conditions, including, but not exclusive to, type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes high blood pressure, high cholesterol, following cancer treatment, anxiety and depression, as well as for those exiting hospital based cardiac, pulmonary and renal rehabilitation. I also have a degree in Psychology, along with additional qualifications in health and well-being improvement.

I am a qualified facilitator for ‘Shape Up’, which is an 8 week weight management programme, which focuses on education, motivation and positive behaviour change, to provide long term success.

I am qualified to deliver, design and set up health walks and provide training for those who wish to become walk leaders.
