I am creating a series of retreat days for ladies who are looking for holistic healing, wanting to learn self-help techniques or who are experiencing a spiritual awakening.

Join my HOLISTIC HEALING CIRCLES at Lymm Marina, Cheshire Wellness Centre on various Sundays in 2024. You don't need to come to all of them, but you will feel the benefit to fast track your healing.

I will be holding cacao ceremonies, soul retrieval, spirit animal journeying, healing mediations, and chakra yoga. You'll learn about aromatherapy, meridian balancing and crystal healing.

I am fully qualified in all modalities I will be using, so you will be in a safe, welcoming environment.

I'm happy to have a chat through each of the retreat days.

They all focus on helping you learn and experience healing techniques to balance you life, mind, body and soul.

Working with the energy of the earth, each day is set around a time in the year in which can harness nature's power.

I will be working with crystals, essential oils, meridians, yoga, meditation and shamanic journeying.
