A little bit about me....

Hey everyone! 👋 I'm Leanne and for those who don't know me, I'm passionate about helping you move better, feel stronger, and recover faster through the power of massage.

Whether you're an athlete pushing your limits, a weekend warrior, or just dealing with daily aches and pains, I'm here to help you get back to feeling your best. Sports Massage does not discriminate, it's for everyone.

My goal is to provide tailored, effective sports massage that not only addresses your current concerns but also helps prevent future issues. I truly believe that taking care of your body is key to living an active, happier life.

I'm based in Coalville and surrounding areas as a Level 4 Deep Tissue and Sports Massage Mobile Therapist. I do offer Pregnancy Massage and Dry Needling too.

My journey into Sports Massage began 2 years ago, after the birth of my 2nd child. I have never looked back, I have built the most amazing client base and absolutely love my job.

My 2 children, home and hobbies keep me busy but I do truly love fitness and I am very driven to promote an understanding of how important and crucial a proper recovery is to being successfully active; not with "sport" or "fitness" but in life in general.

Think of it as maintenance rather than a cure.

Massage is truly powerful and can do the following:

* **Reduce muscle soreness and tension**
* **Improve flexibility and range of motion**
* **Aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation**
* **Enhance overall performance with whatever exercise you enjoy**
* **Aids relaxation, promotes better sleep and encourages happy hormones**

I offer 1hr, 1.5hr or even 2hr appointments.

18 great months since I finished my last exam and achieved my Level 4 in Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, and here I am showcasing MY new space🥹

I have worked so very hard to get to this point, so I wanted to share my brand new treatment space, all ready and waiting for new and existing clients to enjoy.

This treatment space is located at and is easily accessible and spacious inside.

🌈Sports and Deep Tissue Massage can be beneficial to all! So, whether you have an active lifestyle, a busy day job, young kids, or doing a house renovation, 1 treatment might be what you need to reset and recharge!
