Most of us don’t realise this…

We’re not reacting to the situation.
We’re reacting from a pattern.

Same trigger.
Same reaction.
Same result.

On Day 4 at .soulversity, this hit me hard.

I could actually see how certain situations were predicting my response… before I even paused to choose it.

And the truth is…

It’s not the trigger that keeps repeating in life.

It’s our unconscious reaction to it.

That day shifted something for me.

Because the moment you become aware of the pattern…
you also realise you don’t have to keep repeating it.

Most Women’s Day messages celebrate women.
But maybe today is also a good day to question the system women have been quietly navigating for years.

The expectations.
The contradictions.
Be strong… but not intimidating.
Be successful… but still pleasing.
Be everything… without asking for too much.

That tension isn’t imaginary.
It’s something women around the world recognise instantly, even when no one says it out loud.

That’s why stories like Barbie resonated so deeply.
Because beneath the humour and colour was a sharp reflection of something real.

Not a battle of genders.
But a reminder that balance, respect, and self-worth matter for everyone.

Maybe the real Women’s Day message isn’t about proving how strong women are.

It’s remembering that women don’t have to earn their worth by doing more, carrying more, or sacrificing more.

They already are enough.

Happy Women’s Day to women who think, question, feel deeply, and still show up for life with courage.

Ever notice how hard you push in the outer world…
while the inner world feels ignored?
Day 3 .soulversity was that mirror for me.
Life is a vanishing reality. The game changes when you stop forcing moves and start setting intention.
Kabir said it best: what flows naturally nourishes, what you sn**ch drains.
Full moon meditation that night amplified everything. clarity, emotion, awareness. It exposed where effort had quietly turned into tension. Biggest shift?
When inner growth becomes the intention, energy stops leaking outward.
Lying in my tiny bed, moonlight spilling in, I knew, mastering the inner world changes how you play the outer one.

What if nothing is wrong with you?

Day 2 at Soulversity felt calm on the outside. Green lawns, silent Himalayas, the Ganga flowing with quite authority. But inside? Old thoughts were still loud.
The river steady, unconcerned with my overthinking. and something clicked. Maybe I don’t need fixing. Maybe I’ve just been carrying too much .
We spend years trying to improve, optimise, upgrade ourselves. But Ganga didn’t fix me. She helped me release.
Healing isn’t always a breakthrough, sometimes it’s just the moment you realise you can put the baggage down .
