I’ve been busy over the last few months, this time I’m proud to announce a qualification in Dry Needling; a localised natural healing process for niggling trigger points. It’s painless and has some amazing results. I’m a great advocate for it having suffered from lower back pain, it helped hugely. I was keen to learn how to use it and help others with irritating soft tissue issues….. more progressions to follow …

I've not posted for a while as I've been concentrating building on my skills set doing CPDs. Delighted to announce the latest Dry Cupping Course I've completed which involves separating sticky adhesions of the layers of soft tissue which ultimately helps with movement and flexibility. It's painless and has great results allowing the muscles to work more efficiently. Now eager to put it into practice!
