Attended the South West Rehab and Pain Group last night. The main topic, led by James and Amy, was Naltrexone. Great insights shared about its use in pain management and rehabilitation. Thank you it was such an informative session! 📚📝

🌟 Big shoutout to Ivy for crushing her first session with us! 💪 She absolutely loved her exercises which included some core exercises, square standing and stretching. Well done Ivy! Keep that energy up, and we can’t wait to see your progress! 🙌
