Luna Therapies Yoga and Meditation is holding a wonderful, cosy Winter Solstice Meditation session on Wednesday 21st December at 7pm. Escape the Christmas chaos and come along for some quiet time of reflection, calm, releasing the past year and setting intentions and new goals. The Meditation session is guided, and together with Frankincense and Lemongrass scents, letting go of everything that does not serve you to move smoothly into the New year, finishing off with light refreshments. Everyone welcome

Wednesdays at Lifeways Charity

Losing our furry friends can be as traumatic as losing a family member. When we live with our animals, they become our friends and family and the bond is so strong, but so is the loss when they leave us. Please feel free to come along to this Support group, bring photos, toys, anything you wish, and find comfort in spending time with those going through the same loss and pain. This is free of charge but a token donation would be appreciated to cover costs

Just £6 per person including optional jounalling and tea and biscuits after.
